My recent work has been based on John 1:4: Our Lord Jesus Christ is the light of life for all people.
Before I started artwork, I thought deeply about Jesus Christ who withered the barren fig tree. This is why the subtitle is The Story of Figs.
There is symbolism in my paintings. The woven thorns symbolize the glory of the Lord's suffering. The fig fruit is the fruit of our lives. Each person will bear some fruit in his life.
